His process knowledge helped the clients to reduce the cost of operations significantly. He has set up the rural BPO for a Large Insurance Company successfully and reduced the cost of operations significantly. He has successfully migrated lot of processes during his BPO stint. He has travelled to Europe, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Russia, on work assignments. His knowledge of processes helped in establishing the Standard Operating Procedures for the processes migrated. His due diligence skills helped in acquiring a Mumbai based call center BPO and integrating with the Company. His knowledge in IT helped to implement a successful work flow for a large Mutual fund back office which reduced the cost of operations. He is also an Internal Auditor and Stock auditor for an established leather unit of a large Public Limited Company.
